They provide many services to help prospective home buyers get what they need in one appointment. Their reports are very thorough. The inspectors we met at the property were excellent. Vincent was knowledgeable and educated us on the different points of interest on the property. The staff that worked to coordinate the appointments and invoices- Kira and Allison- they were both very helpful on laying out the details of the appointment process and options on what was available. They both were professional and friendly to talk to. They made my experience memorable but also quick and easy. Turns out that he indeed is very thorough and professional. The report was detailed and concise. The cost was a bit pricey, but I guess for the real estate game, that’s part of the system. Wish they had military discounts for old retired vets. Anyways, if I was in the real estate game for a living, I would definitely use them as my go to inspector that I would recommend to clients. read less

Our inspector, Ken Baumer, came early and started off the inspection with the most extreme diligence and detail. He is extremely well informed and has experience on the aspects of the inspection and beyond! He kept us well informed throughout the entire inspection and he took his time to make sure he didn’t miss a spot! After 4 hours, he completed the inspection and gave us a breakdown of what we were facing. Ken finished his report the same day before dinner and it included everything he told us. Not one area was overlooked. This was our first ever home inspection and Ken was a god send! Definitely go for Zsako as they are extremely courteous and professional and if possible ask for Ken Baumer! read less
